| Seed is one of the most important inputs in sustainable agriculture, which has an important role in achieving the real potential of performance. Seeds contain a set of symbiotic microorganisms that provide several vital functions for the growth and survival of the seedling. The use of in-plant microorganisms in the preparation and production of biological fertilizers, by creating genetic, physiological and ecological changes in plants, can increase their performance per unit area and the possibility of developing their cultivation in soils with unfavorable environmental and nutritional conditions. to provide As a result of long-term coexistence with medicinal plants, microorganisms inside the plant can change some biological characteristics of the host plant and have acquired the ability to produce plant secondary metabolites and even change the amount and even the type of these active biological compounds. Seed biopriming is a method that improves the quality of seeds and seedlings by integrating biological and physiological aspects. In general, seed biopriming with in-roast microorganisms can be a good alternative to seed priming with chemical fertilizers due to its compatibility with the environment. The use of elicitors is one of the most important methods to increase the production of secondary metabolites, which cause the biosynthesis and accumulation of secondary metabolites in plants through the induction of defense responses, physiological changes and phytoalexin accumulation. | ||
