| با توجه به اهمیتی که کاربرد آفت‌کش‌های جدید و ایمن‌تر در مدیریت تلفیقی آفات دارند، اثرات حشره‌کش ایمیداکلوپراید روی شته جالیز Aphis gossypii (Hom.: Aphididae) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این آزمایشات اثرات زیرکشندگی این حشره‌کش روی پارامترهای تولیدمثلی بررسی شد. آزمایش‌ها در شرایط دمایی 1±25 درجه سانتیگراد، رطوبت نسبی 5 ± 70 درصد و دوره نوری 16 ساعت روشنایی و 8 ساعت تاریکی انجام شد. برای تعیین پارامترهای تولیدمثلی از دیسک‌های برگی گیاه خیار که درون پتری‌هایی به قطر 5/5 سانتی‌متر قرار داشتند استفاده شد. یک عدد حشره کامل تازه ظاهر شده بر روی سطح پشتی دیسک‌های برگی که در غلظت توصیه شده محلول سمی ایمیداکلوپراید غوطه‌ور شده بود، رهاسازی شد و با ایجاد جدول زندگی باروری از داده‌های بدست آمده، برآوردی از پارامترهای تولیدمثلی بدست آمد. حداکثر طول عمر حشرات کامل شته جالیز در شاهد و تیمار ایمیداکلوپراید، به ترتیب 16 و 4 روز بود. امید زندگی حشرات کامل در اولین روز ظهور در شاهد و تیمار ایمیداکلوپراید به ترتیب 30/4 و 25/2 بدست آمد. نرخ تکثیر ناخالص یا میانگین تعداد کل نتاج ماده حاصل از یک ماده که تا آخرین روز زندگی کرده باشد، در تیمار ایمیداکلوپراید 97/3 نتاج ماده بود که نسبت به شاهد (13/49) به طور قابل ملاحظه‌ای کاهش نشان داد. نرخ خالص تولید‌مثل (R0) که تعداد نتاج ماده جایگزین شده بازای هر فرد در یک نسل می‌باشد، در شاهد و تیمار مذکور بترتیب 52/13 و 45/1 نتاج ماده بازاء هر فرد برآورد شد. نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت که نرخ رشد جمعیت بازاء هر فرد در یک روز می‌باشد، در تیمار‌‌های شاهد و ایمیداکلوپراید، به ترتیب 26/0 و 05/0 تخمین زده شد که نشان داد در تیمار ایمیداکلوپراید به میزان 81% کاهش پیدا کرده است. نتایج فوق بیانگر اثر قاطع حشره کش مذکور بر روی پارامترهای تولیدمثلی شته جالیز و در نتیجه کنترل مؤثر این آفت کش روی آفت مذکور می‌باشد. | ||

| Nowadays new and safety pesticides have a significant importance on the integrated pest management in the world, so in this study we report the sublethal effects of imidacloprid on cotton aphid (Aphis gossypii) reproduction by demographic toxicology. These experiments were carried out at 25±1°C, 70 ± 5% RH and photoperiod of 16: 8(L:D). Leaf discs of cucumber immersed in the recommended concentration of the above mentioned insecticide and then located in the 5.5 cm diameter Petri dishes. A newly emerged adult female was released on the lower surface of each leaf discs. There after various parameters such as longevity, daily fecundity rate and the intrinsic rate of increase were recorded. Imidacloprid reduced adult longevity (4 days) compared to the control (16 days). Life expectation in control and imidacloprid treatment were 4.30 and 2.25 days respectively. Gross fecundity rate in imidacloprid treatment and control were 3.97 and 49.13 respectively. R0 were 13.52 and 1.45 in control and imidacloprid treatment respectively. The intrinsic rate of increase (rm) was 0.05 in imidacloprid and 0.26 in control that is reduced by 81% in imidacloprid treatment. These results show the significant effects of imidacloprid on the life table parameters of A. gossypii. | ||
