| < p dir="RTL">در این تحقیق زهرآگینی هشت جدایه ایرانی و یک جدایه خارجی (GHA کد ARSEF201) از قارچ Beauveria bassiana روی حشرات کامل سن گندم Eurygaster integriceps Put. مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. LC50 جدایه‌های DEBI001، DEBI002، DEBI003، DEBI004، DEBI006، DEBI007، DEBI008، DEBI009 و GHA بترتیب عبارت بودند از: 104×45/4، 103×78/3، 105×50/5، 104×38/4، 104×99/4،107×43/7، 105×06/5، 104×69/4 و 104×76/4 اسپـور در میلی‌لیتر آب مقطر و Tween استریل و LT50 آن‌ها نیز به ترتیب: 40/9، 55/8 ، 55/8 ، 92/8 ، 91/10، 55/14، 99/12، 25/11 و 80/10 روز محاسبه گردید. جدایه DEBI002 با کمترین زمان تأثیر و پایین‌ترین LC50 بعنوان زهرآگین‌ترین و جدایه DEBI007 با بیشترین زمان تأثیر و بالاترین LC50 به عنوان ضعیف‌ترین جدایه تعیین شدند. < p dir="RTL">بررسی تأثیر روغن‌های گیاهی (بعنوان حامل) روی بیماریزاترین جدایه نشان داد که در بین 5 روغن گیاهی شامل روغن‌های پالم (نخل روغنی)، کلزا، سویا، آفتابگردان و کنجد، روغن پالم مناسب‌ترین آن‌ها برای پایداری قارچ می‌باشد. مقایسه میانگین درصد جوانه‌زنی اسپورهای قارچ پس از فرموله شدن با روغن‌های مذکور نشان داد که اختلاف معنی‌داری در سطح احتمال 1% بین روغن‌های مورد استفاده و همچنین زمان پایداری اسپورها در روغن وجود دارد. اثر متقابل دو عامل نوع روغن و زمان پایداری اسپورها نیز نشان داد که از بین 5 زمان نگهداری اسپورها (2، 4، 8 ، 16 و 24 ساعت)، 16 ساعت بیشترین زمان پایداری اسپورها در روغن پالم می‌باشد. از این نظر روغن کنجد نامناسب‌ترین روغن‌ها شناخته شد. < p dir="RTL"> | ||

| < p >Using Sunn pest as target insect the LC50 and LT50 of eight different Iranian and imported isolates of Beauveria bassiana have evaluated under laboratory condition. The lowest LC50 and LT50 values were observed in isolate DEBI002 being 3.78×10 3 spores/ml. and 8.55 days respectively showing among tested isolates the latter is the most virulent one. Five different plant oils were used to evaluate the viability of the spores of selected isolate during storage. Among the oils tested the palm oil showed to be the most and Sesame oil the least suitable carriers for B. bassiana aerial conidia. | ||
