Trypanosoma evansi causes a Trypanosomosis known as Surra which causes more sever infection in camel. The disease has a great economic importance. Surra is manifested as three clinical forms of acute, sub-acute and chronic. The chronic form is manifested by severe weakness, intermittent fever, pale mucus membranes and sometimes abdominal edema. After refer an owner of camel herd (200 camels) to school of veterinary medicine polyclinic, Ferdowsi university of Mashhad who was stating the death of eight crossbred (Bactrian × dromedary) and five dromedary camels.
