| چکیده | ||
| بیان مسئله : با توجه به اهمیت صنایع چوب و کاغذ در اقتصاد استان مازندران و نقش کلیدی آن در اشتغالزایی و توسعه منطقهای، این صنایع با وجود برخورداری از پتانسیلهای فراوان نظیر دسترسی به منابع طبیعی و زیرساختهای موجود، در سالهای اخیر با چالشهای متعددی مواجه شدهاند. وابستگی شدید به منابع طبیعی، آسیبپذیری در برابر مخاطرات محیطی، نوسانات قیمت مواد اولیه و اختلالات گسترده در زنجیره تأمین، پایداری عملکرد این صنایع را با تهدیدات جدی روبرو ساخته است. در چنین شرایط پیچیده و پویایی، اتکای صرف به شیوههای سنتی مدیریت، که عمدتاً بر بهرهوری داخلی و کنترل عملیاتی متمرکز هستند، دیگر پاسخگوی نیازهای امروز نیست. این ناکافی بودن، لزوم اتخاذ رویکردی نظاممند، یکپارچه و استراتژیک را آشکار میسازد که بتواند پیچیدگیهای محیط بیرونی و ارتباطات شبکهای زنجیره ارزش را به طور همزمان مدیریت کند. این مطالعه با درک این شکاف و ضرورت اشارهشده، به بررسی نقش راهبردی و کلان مدیریت زنجیره تأمین به عنوان یک راهکار جامع برای خروج از این چالشها و ارتقای عملکرد میپردازد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، واکاوی تأثیر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین بر عملکرد صنایع چوب و کاغذ استان مازندران با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی شایستگی سازمانی و نقش تعدیلگر تابآوری زنجیره تأمین است. مواد و روش ها : این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی-پیمایشی و علی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل ۸۵ نفر از کارکنان، مدیران مالی و مدیران ارشد صنایع چوب و کاغذ استان مازندران در زمستان سال 1404 است که از میان آنها، با استفاده از جدول مورگان، ۷۰ نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری و با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از چهار پرسشنامه استاندارد (پرسشنامههای لی ۲۰۲۱، کاپلان و نورتون ۲۰۰۱، و پرایاگ و همکاران ۲۰۱۸) جمعآوری شدهاند. برای تحلیل دادهها، ابتدا روایی محتوایی با نظر اساتید تایید شد، سپس با استفاده از آزمونهای KMO و بارتلت، روایی سازه با تحلیل عاملی تاییدی (CFA) و روایی تشخیصی با شاخص AVE بررسی گردید. پایایی نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی (CR) ارزیابی شد. در نهایت، دادهها در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS25 و SmartPLS4 و با رویکرد مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (PLS-SEM) تحلیل شدند. نتایج : نتایج نشان داد که مدیریت زنجیره تأمین تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری بر شایستگی سازمانی و عملکرد سازمان دارد. همچنین، شایستگی سازمانی به عنوان یک متغیر میانجی، تأثیر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین بر عملکرد را به صورت جزئی تقویت میکند. مهمتر از آن، تابآوری زنجیره تأمین نقش تعدیلگر قوی در رابطه بین مدیریت زنجیره تأمین و عملکرد دارد، به این معنی که توانایی سازمان برای مقابله با اختلالات، تأثیر مثبت SCM بر عملکرد را به طور چشمگیری افزایش میدهد. نتیجه گیری : این یافتهها به مدیران صنایع چوب و کاغذ مازندران توصیه میکند که برای دستیابی به عملکرد بالاتر، به صورت همزمان بر بهبود استراتژیهای SCM، تقویت شایستگیهای سازمانی و افزایش تابآوری زنجیره تأمین در برابر وقایع پیشبینینشده تمرکز کنند. این اقدامات نه تنها منجر به افزایش عملکرد میشود، بلکه مزیت رقابتی پایداری را نیز برای سازمان به ارمغان میآورد. پیشنهاد میشود مدیران به منظور ارتقای عملکرد سازمانی، رویکردی یکپارچه و همزمان را در دو حوزه «مدیریت زنجیره تأمین» (با تأکید بر برنامهریزی منابع سازمان، مدیریت موجودی و سامانههای انبارداری) و «شایستگیهای سازمانی» (شامل قابلیتهای تولید، بازاریابی و تحقیق و توسعه) در پیش گیرند. همچنین با توجه به نقش تعدیلگر تابآوری زنجیره تأمین، ضروری است مدیران با تدوین برنامههای راهبردی، توانایی سازمان را برای مواجهه با شرایط غیرمنتظره و مخاطرهآمیز در زنجیره تأمین افزایش دهند. | ||

| Problem definition and objectives: Given the importance of the wood and paper industries in the economy of Mazandaran province and their key role in employment and regional development, these industries, despite having numerous potentials such as access to natural resources and existing infrastructure, have faced multiple challenges in recent years. Heavy reliance on natural resources, vulnerability to environmental hazards, fluctuations in raw material prices, and widespread supply chain disruptions have posed serious threats to the sustainable performance of these industries. In such a complex and dynamic environment, sole reliance on traditional management methods, which mainly focus on internal productivity and operational control, is no longer sufficient to meet today's needs. This inadequacy reveals the necessity of adopting a systematic, integrated, and strategic approach capable of simultaneously managing the complexities of the external environment and the networked relationships of the value chain. Understanding this gap and the mentioned necessity, this study investigates the strategic and macro role of supply chain management as a comprehensive solution to overcome these challenges and enhance performance. The main objective of this research is to analyze the impact of supply chain management on the performance of the wood and paper industries in Mazandaran province, considering the mediating role of organizational competence and the moderating role of supply chain resilience. Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey and causal in terms of method. The statistical population of the study includes 85 employees, financial managers, and senior managers of the wood and paper industries of Mazandaran province in the winter of 2025. From among them, using the Morgan table, 70 individuals were selected as the statistical sample through convenience sampling. Data were collected using four standard questionnaires (Lee, 2021; Kaplan & Norton, 2001; and Prayag et al., 2018). For data analysis, content validity was first confirmed by faculty experts. Then, using KMO and Bartlett's tests, construct validity was examined through confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and discriminant validity was assessed using the AVE index. Reliability was also evaluated using Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability (CR). Finally, the data were analyzed at both descriptive and inferential levels using SPSS 25 and SmartPLS 4 software, employing a structural equation modeling approach (PLS-SEM). Results: The results showed that supply chain management has a direct and significant impact on organizational competence and organizational performance. Furthermore, organizational competence, as a mediating variable, partially strengthens the impact of supply chain management on performance. More importantly, supply chain resilience plays a strong moderating role in the relationship between supply chain management and performance, meaning that the organization's ability to cope with disruptions significantly increases the positive impact of SCM on performance. Conclusion: These findings recommend that managers of Mazandaran's wood and paper industries focus simultaneously on improving SCM strategies, strengthening organizational competencies, and increasing supply chain resilience against unforeseen events to achieve higher performance. These measures not only lead to improved performance but also bring sustainable competitive advantage to the organization. It is suggested that managers adopt an integrated and simultaneous approach in two areas to improve organizational performance: 'supply chain management' (with an emphasis on enterprise resource planning, inventory management, and warehousing systems) and 'organizational competencies' (including production, marketing, and R&D capabilities). Furthermore, given the moderating role of supply chain resilience, it is essential for managers to enhance the organization’s ability to face unexpected and risky conditions in the supply chain by developing strategic programs. | ||
