| در عصر گسترش هوش مصنوعی در کشاورزی، خطاهای الگوریتمی سیستمهای توصیهگر و ماشینآلات خودران خسارتهای قابل توجهی به کشاورزان وارد میکنند. این پژوهش با مطالعه تطبیقی نظامهای حقوقی اتحادیه اروپا، آمریکا، چین و ایران و با استفاده از روش اسنادی، امکان پیگیری حقوقی کشاورز را بررسی کرده است. یافته اصلی نشان میدهد که علیرغم چالشهای اثبات علیت، خلأ قانونی و پیچیدگی زنجیره تأمین فناوری، طراحی «رفتار پساخطا» در سیستمهای هوش مصنوعی - به ویژه پذیرش صریح تقصیر - میتواند به عنوان اقرار در دعاوی حقوقی عمل کرده و بار اثبات را کاهش دهد. حاصل ترویجی پژوهش برای کشاورزان: انعقاد قرارداد کتبی شفاف، مستندسازی توصیههای سیستم، ثبت رفتار پساخطا، اطمینان از پوشش بیمهای مناسب و راستیآزمایی توصیهها با دانش و تجربه شخصی پیش از هرگونه اقدام عملی در مزرعه است. | ||

| In the era of the spread of artificial intelligence in agriculture, algorithmic errors in recommender systems and autonomous machines cause significant losses to farmers. This research has examined the possibility of legal action by farmers by comparative study of the legal systems of the European Union, the United States, China and Iran and using the documentary method. The main finding shows that despite the challenges of proving causation, legal vacuum and complexity of the technological supply chain, designing "post-error behavior" in artificial intelligence systems - especially explicit admission of fault - can act as an admission in legal claims and reduce the burden of proof. The research's promotional outcome for farmers is: concluding a transparent written contract, documenting the system's recommendations, recording post-error behavior, ensuring appropriate insurance coverage and verifying the recommendations with personal knowledge and experience before any practical action on the farm. | ||
