| برگزاری دوره های آموزشی برای افزایش مهارت مدیران عامل و اعضای هیئت مدیره تعاونی های تولید، از جمله مهم‌ترین برنامه و پروژه های طرح ملی "توانمندسازی اعضای تعاونی های تولید و پایداری 110 الگوی نظام بهره‌برداری شرکت های تعاونی، احیاء و توسعه 550 هزار هکتار اراضی استان های خوزستان و ایلام" بوده است. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی نیازهای آموزشی عمومی و تخصصی مدیران عامل و اعضای هیئت مدیره تعاونی های تولید استان های ایلام و خوزستان با استفاده از مدل بوریچ و تحلیل کوادرانت در سال 1402 انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری شامل 749 تن، از مدیران عامل و اعضای هیئت مدیره از 110 شرکت تعاونی تولید تحت پوشش طرح توانمندسازی و 51 تن از مدیران سازمان تعاون و مروجان پهنه مدیریت تعاون روستایی استان های خوزستان و ایلام بوده است که با استفاده از جدول مورگان و روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌‌ای ساده 324 نفر، شامل 86 تن از مدیران عامل و 238 تن از اعضای هیئت مدیره تعاونی ها و 45 تن از مدیران و مروجان پهنه به عنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌ای مبتنی بر مدل بوریچ بود. روایی ظاهری پرسشنامه با استفاده نظرخواهی از متخصصان دفتر آموزش سازمان تعاون روستایی تأیید شد و روایی محتوایی آن به استناد شاخص روایی محتوایی (87/0-79/0=CVI)، مطلوب برآورد شد. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از محاسبه ضریب تتای ترتیبی (91/0-83/0= Ɵ ) و پایایی مرکب (91/0-74/0= CR) تأیید شد. در آغاز نیازهای آموزشی از نگاه مدیران عامل و اعضای هیئت مدیره مشخص شد. آن گاه با استفاده از مدل کوادرانت و یافتن نقطه های اشتراک دیدگاه دو گرو از اعضای تعاونی ها (مدیران عامل و اعضای هیئت مدیره) و مروجان پهنه، دوره های آموزشی عمومی آیین‌نامه های معاملاتی، مدیریت مالی در شرکت های تعاونی تولید و دوره های آموزشی تخصصی اصول تجهیز و یکپارچه‌سازی اراضی، آشنایی با شبکه ها و سامانه های نوین آبیاری، آشنایی با قانون و مقررات آب، قانون و آیین‌نامه های اجرایی تعاونی سازی تولید، مبانی کشاورزی هوشمند و توزیع عادلانه آب به عنوان دوره های آموزشی با اولویت بالاتر تعیین شدند. با توجه به همسانی نتایج به دست آمده از دو مدل بوریچ و کوادرانت، نتایج نشان داد که بیشتر نیازهای آموزشی از دیدگاه اعضای تعاونی ها (مدیران عامل و اعضای هیئت مدیره) و مروجان پهنه با یکدیگر همخوانی دارند. | ||

| The current study aimed to investigate the training needs of CEOs and members of agricultural pro-duction cooperatives in Ilam and Khuzestan provinces using the Borich model and quadrant analysis in 2023. The statistical population of this study included 749 managing directors and members of agricultural production cooperatives and 51 managers of the National Rural Cooperative Organization. The data collection tool was a questionnaire based on the Borich model. The validity of the research tool was confirmed using the opinions of experts in the Rural Cooperative Organization's Education Office. Its diagnostic validity and composite reliability were achieved by estimating the measurement model and after applying technical opinions and a composite theta of above 0.7. First, the training needs were determined from the perspective of managing directors. Then, based on the quadrant analysis and the agreement of the views of the CEOs and experts in the field, general training courses on transaction regulations, financial management in production cooperatives, and specialized training courses on the principles of equipping and integrating land, familiarity with modern irrigation networks and systems, familiarity with water laws and regulations, the law and executive regulations on cooperative production, the basics of smart agriculture, and fair water distribution were determined as priority training courses. Considering the similarity of the two models, it can be concluded that there is agreement between the experts, CEOs, and members of production cooperatives on training priorities. | ||
