The sources were carefully examined using thematic analysis and through MAXQDA2020 software. Findings 7 key themes, each of which has a central role in shaping the content of the training program for extension and agricultural training, including communication and compatibility, sustainability, technology, policy and budget, accessibility and inclusiveness, cultural sensitivity and stakeholders.
