| سابقه و هدف: آزمایشهای سازگاری و بررسی مشخصات رویشی با رقمهای مختلف جنس صنوبر (Populus L.) برای تعیین مناسبترین آنها در شرایط مختلف بومشناسی، مهم است. زیرا این جنس دارای گونه، کولتیوار، واریته و رقمهای زیادی است. ازطرفی، بهدلیل سهولت دورگهپذیری آن، قابلیت تولید رقمهای جدید دارد که با ایجاد شرایط سازگاری میتوان صفات مناسب را به نسل بعد منتقل کرد. رقمهای صنوبر دلتوئیدس (P. deltoides W.Bartram ex Marshall)، اورآمریکن (P. x euramericana (Dode) Guinier) و اینترآمریکن (P. x interamericana Brockh.) از مهمترین رقمهای صنوبر تاجباز هستند که با شرایط اقلیمی کشور ایران بهویژه شمال کشور، سازگاری خوبی از خود نشان دادهاند. پژوهش پیشرو با هدف تعیین وضعیت سازگاری رقمهای مختلف صنوبر تاجباز در استان مازندران انجام شد. مواد و روشها: آزمایشهای سازگاری کلنهای صنوبر از رقمهای تاجباز در اراضی ایستگاه تحقیقات جنگل و مرتع چمستان انجام شد. برای این منظور، 15 رقم تاجباز از صنوبرهای دلتوئیدس، اورآمریکن و اینترآمریکن با فاصله کاشت 4×4 متر مربع در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی (RCBD) با سه تکرار بررسی شدند. صفات قطر برابر سینه، ارتفاع، تعداد ساقه اصلی، تولید سالانه چوب، حساسیت به آفات و بیماریها و کیفیت تنه بین رقمهای مورد نظر پس از ده سال مقایسه شدند. نتایج: براساس نتایج تجزیه واریانس، بین رقمهای تاجباز ازنظر زندهمانی و قطر برابر سینه با احتمال 99 درصد و ارتفاع و تولید سالانه چوب با احتمال 95 درصد، اختلاف معنیدار وجود داشت، اما ازنظر حساسیت به آفات و بیماریها، تعداد ساقه اصلی و درجه کیفی تنه، اختلاف معنیدار مشاهده نشد. مقایسه میانگینها نشان داد که رقم P. d. 63/10 با زندهمانی 92 درصد و متوسط رویش حجمی سالانه 23/23 متر مکعب در هکتار و رقم P. d. 67/51 با قطر برابر سینه 16/22 سانتیمتر و ارتفاع 3/22 متر، بیشینه صفات مذکور را بهخود اختصاص دادند. کمینه این صفات در رقم P. x. 561/41 با زندهمانی 48 درصد، ارتفاع 5/10 متر و متوسط رویش حجمی سالانه 9/1 متر مکعب در هکتار و نیز P. x. 87m.119 با قطر 5/10 سانتیمتر مشاهده شد. به این ترتیب در میان صنوبرهای تاجباز مورد مطالعه ازنظر تولید سالانه چوب در واحد سطح، رقمهای P. d. 63/10، P. d. 73/51 و P. d. 67/51 در گروه برتر و رقمهای P. x. 87m.119 و P. x. 561/41 با کمترین تولید در گروه آخر قرار گرفتند. P. x interamericana با 3/23 درصد و P. x. triplo 37/61 و P. x canadensis Pacher، با 25 درصد درختان آلوده به آفات، مقاومترین رقمها از این نظر بودند. بیشترین آلودگی به آفات و بیماریها نیز در P. d. 73/51 و P. d. 6//55 بهترتیب با آلودگی 50 و 3/48 درصد مشاهده شد. نتیجهگیری کلی: بهطورکلی، نتایج نشان داد که بین رقمهای صنوبر تاجباز مورد مطالعه در ناحیه جلگهای مازندارن، دلتوئیدسها، میانگین رویش قطری، ارتفاعی و حجمی بیشتری داشتند. توصیه میشود که در ناحیه جلگهای هیرکانی مانند چمستان از رقمهای تاجباز صنوبرِ سازگار و پرتولید ازجمله P. d .63/10 با هدف توسعه زراعت چوب استفاده شود. برای پژوهشهای آینده نیز پیشنهاد میشود که صفات رویشی رقمهای مختلف صنوبرهای تاجباز در ارتفاعات بالاتر از سطح دریا با نتایج این پژوهش مقایسه شوند. | ||

| Background and objectives: Adaptability testing and evaluation of vegetative characteristics in various cultivars of poplar (Populus L.) are essential for identifying the most suitable clones under different ecological conditions. Due to the high number of species, cultivars, varieties, and clans within this genus—and their ease of hybridization—new cultivars can be developed and propagated under compatible conditions. P. deltoides W. Bartram ex Marshall, P. × euramericana (Dode) Guinier, and P. × interamericana Brockh. are among the most important Open-Crowned Poplar Clones (OCPC), showing strong adaptability with Iran’s climate, particularly in the northern regions. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess the adaptability of different OCPC cultivars in Mazandaran Province, Iran. Methodology: Adaptability tests were conducted at the Chamestan Forest and Pasture Research Station. Fifteen OCPC cultivars, including P. deltoides, P. × euramericana, and P. × interamericana, were planted at a spacing of 4×4 meters in a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replications. After 10 years, several traits were evaluated, including diameter at breast height (DBH), tree height, number of main stems, sensitivity to pests and diseases, annual wood production, and trunk quality. Results: ANOVA results indicated significant differences in survival and DBH at the 99% confidence level, and in tree height and annual wood production at the 95% confidence level among OCPC cultivars. However, no significant differences were found in pest/disease susceptibility, number of main stems, or trunk quality. Mean comparison revealed that clone P. d. 63/10 had the highest survival rate (92%) and annual wood production (23.23 m³/ha), while clone P. d. 67/51 had the greatest DBH (22.16 cm) and height (22.3 m). In contrast, clone P. × 561/41 had the lowest survival rate (48%), height (10.5 m), and annual volume growth (1.9 m³/ha), while P. × 87m.119 had the smallest DBH (10.5 cm). Clones P. d. 63/10, P. d. 73/51, and P. d. 67/51 were grouped as top performers, while P. × 87m.119 and P. × 561/41 were placed in the lowest-performing group. In terms of pest resistance, P. × interamericana (23.3% infection), P. × triplo (37.61%), and P. × canadensis Pacher (25%) were the most resistant. The most pest- and disease-sensitive clones were P. d. 73/51 and P. d. 69/55, with infection rates of 50% and 48.3%, respectively. Conclusion: Overall, the findings indicated that P. deltoides clones had higher average DBH, height, and volume among the OCPC cultivars studied in the Mazandaran plains. It is recommended to use high-performing clones such as P. d. 63/10 for wood farming development. Further research comparing OCPC cultivars at various altitudes above sea level is also suggested. | ||
