| سابقه و هدف: جمعآوری گونههای بومی از اهداف باغهای گیاهشناسی است. زمان جمعآوری نهال گونهها، فصل خزان است. در این مرحله بهدلیل عاری بودن شاخههای گیاهان از برگ، بهطور معمول امکان شناسایی گونههای تیره گلسرخ (Rosaceae) مشکل است. یکی از روشهای دسترسی به گیاهان مشابه پایه مادری، تکثیر بهروش قلمه است. مبارزه با آفات و بیماریها از چالشهای اصلی در مرحله تکثیر گیاهان در اقلیمهای مرطوب محسوب میشود. هدف از این پژوهش، دسترسی به پایههای مشابه گونههای وحشی تیره گلسرخ از طریق قلمه همراه با مبارزه با نماتد بود. مواد و روشها: این پژوهش از پاییز سال 1398 تا اسفندماه 1399 در قطعه خزانهای باغ گیاهشناسی نوشهر اجرا شد. چهار آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار روی چهار گونه شامل سیب جنگلی (Malus orientalis Uglitzk. ex Juz.)، گلابی مازندرانی (Pyrus mazanderanica Schonb.-Tem.)، آلوچه جنگلی خاردار (Prunus spinosa L.) و آلوچه جنگلی بیخار (P. divaricata Ledeb.) اجرا شد. فاکتور اول، خیساندگی انتهای قلمه در عصاره بید در سه زمان صفر (شاهد)، پنج ثانیه و 24 ساعت و فاکتور دوم، تغذیه قلمهها با محلول غذایی حاوی عصاره سیر در سه غلظت صفر (شاهد)، 10 درصد و 20 درصد بودند. قلمهها از گونههای تیره گلسرخ واقع در جنگلهای هیرکانی گرفته شدند. کاشت قلمهها از نیمه دوم آذر 1398 در بستر خزانه با بافت لومی شنی شروع شد. تغذیه قلمهها از 15 فروردین سال 1399 بهصورت محلول غذایی همراه با عصاره سیر هر 10 روز یکبار به خاک انجام شد. برای تهیه عصارههای سیر و بید بهترتیب از فلسهای Allium sativum L. و شاخههای جوان یکساله درخت بید (Salix alba L.) استفاده شد. بهمنظور بررسی تغییرات جمعیت نماتد هر پنج ماه یکبار بهمدت یک سال و نیم از خاک و ریشه گیاهان نمونهبرداری شد. نماتدهای موجود در نمونهها استخراج و بهتفکیک مرحلههای مختلف رشد (توده تخم، لاروها و نر و مادههای بالغ) شمارش شدند. آلودگی به نماتد جنسهای Meloidogyne sp. و Pratylenchus sp. از طریق نمونهبرداری از ریشه و خاک و مشاهده آن توسط میکروسکوپ مشخص شد. نتایج: براساس نتایج بهدستآمده، گونهها ازنظر ریشهزایی، رشد جوانههای رویشی در قلمه، تراکم توده تخم نماتد در یک گرم ریشه و تراکم نماتد در 200 گرم خاک، اختلاف معنیداری داشتند. در سیب جنگلی، بیشترین تعداد جوانه رشدیافته، تعداد ریشه و وزن تر ریشه در تیمار 24 ساعت خیساندگی انتهای قلمه در عصاره بید مشاهده شد. کمترین تراکم جمعیت نماتد هم در یک گرم از ریشه سیب جنگلی و هم در 200 گرم از خاک آن در سطح 20 درصد عصاره سیر مشاهده شد. در گلابی مازندرانی، بیشترین وزن تر و خشک ریشه در تیمار 24 ساعت خیساندگی انتهای قلمه در عصاره بید مشاهده شد. در هر دو گونه آلوچه جنگلی، بلندترین شاخه و بیشترین تعداد ریشه در تیمار خیساندگی انتهای قلمه در 24 ساعت در عصاره بید مشاهده شد. اثرات متقابل عصارههای بید و سیر بر جمعیت نماتد در خاک بستر دو گونه آلوچه جنگلی نشان داد که کمترین تراکم نماتد متعلق به قلمههای تغذیهشده با غلظت 20 درصد عصاره سیر همراه با 24 ساعت خیساندگی انتهای قلمه در عصاره بید است. نتیجهگیری کلی: اثر عصارههای گیاهی بید و سیر بهترتیب با خاصیت تحریککنندگی ریشهزایی در قلمهها و ضدعفونیکنندگی محیط ریشهزایی در گونههای جنگلی تیره گلسرخ، سبب بهبود ریشهزایی و سلامت محیط ریشه ازنظر آلودگی به نماتد شد. آلوچه بیخار، بیشترین ریشهزایی و رشد جوانه رویشی و کمترین آلودگی به نماتد را نشان داد که بهترین تیمار شناخته شد. سیب جنگلی و گلابی مازندرانی به اثرات متقابل عصارههای گیاهی، واکنش مؤثری نشان ندادند. | ||

| Background and objectives: Botanical gardens play a pivotal role in preserving native species, a challenging task in the autumn season when identifying leafless plants, particularly in the rose family (Rosaceae), becomes challenging. Propagation through cuttings offers a solution to maintain plant diversity. However, in humid climates, the main hurdle in plant propagation is combating pests and diseases. This research aimed to explore similar bases of Rosaceae wild species as rootstocks through cutting propagation, coupled with nematode control. Methodology: Conducted in the nursery section of Nowshahr Botanical Garden, Iran, from autumn 2019 to March 2021, this research employed a four-factorial experiment using a completely randomized design on four Rosaceae species: forest apple (Malus orientalis Uglitzk. ex Juz.), Mazanderani pear (Pyrus mazanderanica Schonb.-Tem.), prickly forest plum (Prunus spinosa L.), and thornless forest plum (P. divaricata Ledeb.). Factors included dipping cuttings in willow extract (zero, five seconds, and 24 hours) and feeding cuttings with a nutrient solution containing garlic extract (zero, 10%, and 20%). Cuttings were sourced from Rosaceae species in Hyrcanian forests. Willow extract, derived from one-year-old willow tree branches (Salix alba L.), and garlic extract from garlic species (Allium sativum L.) scales were utilized. Changes in nematode populations were monitored through soil and root sampling every 5 months for 18 months, with microscopic observations determining nematode infestation of Meloidogyne sp. and Pratylenchus sp. species. Results: Significant differences were observed among species concerning root formation, vegetative bud growth in cuttings, egg mass nematode density in one gram of root, and nematode density in 200 grams of soil. In forest apple, the 24-hour treatment of cutting tip dip in willow extract yielded the highest number of sprouts, roots, and fresh root weight. The lowest nematode density was recorded at 20% garlic extract. For Mazandarani pear, the 24-hour willow extract treatment resulted in the highest wet and dry root weights. Prickly and thornless forest plums exhibited optimal growth in the 24-hour willow extract treatment. Interaction effects of willow and garlic extracts on nematode populations in soil indicated the lowest density in 20% garlic extract with a 24-hour willow extract soak for forest plum species. Conclusion: Willow and garlic extracts proved effective in stimulating rooting in cuttings and soil disinfection, enhancing rooting and soil health by reducing nematode contamination. Thornless plum species exhibited the highest root formation and vegetative growth with minimal nematode contamination. Conversely, forest apple and Mazandarani pear did not exhibit a significant response to the interaction effects of plant extracts. | ||
