Abstract
پریتونیت عفونی گربه (FIP) همچنان یکی از بیماری های عفونی است که بیشترین تحقیقات بر روی آن انجام شده است. FIP یک بیماری کشنده است که دامپزشکان را با چالش های متعددی مواجه می کند. مشکلات در تشخیص قطعی FIP ناشی از علائم بالینی غیراختصاصی، فقدان ناهنجاری‌های هماتولوژیک و بیوشیمیایی مشخص و حساسیت و ویژگی کم آزمون‌هایی است که به طور معمول در عمل استفاده می‌شوند. تکنیک های مختلفی برای تشخیص دقیق FIP وجود دارد. با این حال، آنها محدودیت هایی دارند. مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی اثربخشی بسامد نوسان اختصاصی یا بیورزونانس (SMF) در مقایسه با سایر روش‌های تشخیصی معمول برای تشخیص کروناویروس گربه (FCoV) انجام شد. نمونه خون از 30 گربه بیمار مشکوک به FIP بر اساس علائم بالینی جمع آوری شد. برای هر نمونه آزمایشات الکتروفورز،PCR و SMF انجام شد. حساسیت، ویژگی و همچنین تطابق بین آزمون ها و همچنین با استاندارد طلایی (ترکیب نتایج PCR، الکتروفورز، بیورزونانس) با استفاده از روش ضریب کاپا محاسبه شد. حساسیت و ویژگی الکتروفورز، PCR و SMF برای تشخیص FIP به ترتیب 70.6% و 100%، 70.6% و 72.7% و 100% و 81% بود. با توجه به یافته های به دست آمده از مطالعه حاضر، بیورزونانس در تشخیص FIP، می تواند به عنوان یک روش موثر و ایمن مطرح شود
