بررسی تأثیر امواج فراصوت و باکتری‌های محرک رشد بر جوانه‌زنی و رشد گندم (Triticum aestivum L.)

چکیده
امواج فراصوت به عنوان یک فناوری پیشرفته، کاربردهای جدیدی در علوم کشاورزی پیدا کرده است. به همین منظور آزمایشی گلدانی برای بررسی تأثیر امواج فراصوت و باکتری های محرک رشد بر جوانه زنی و رشد گندم در سال 1390 در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه صنعتی شاهرود به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی در 4 تکرار به اجرا در آمد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل صوت دهی بذور در پنج سطح صفر (شاهد)، 2، 4، 6 و 8 دقیقه و تلقیح باکتری در سه سطح، عدم تلقیح (شاهد)، تلقیح با سویه ازتوباکتر کروکوکوم و سویه سودوموناس فلورسنس بودند. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد، امواج فراصوت تأثیر معنی داری (P<0.01) بر حداکثر جوانه زنی (Gmax)، یکنواختی جوانه زنی (GU)، سرعت جوانه زنی (R50)، زمان تا 10 درصد جوانه زنی 10 (D10)، 50 زمان تا 50 درصد جوانه زنی (D50)، 90 زمان تا 90 درصد جوانه زنی (D90) و زمان تا 95 درصد جوانه زنی (D95) داشته و باکتری های محرک رشد بر  Gmax، R50، D10 و D50 تأثیر معنی دار داشتند. همچنین اعمال فراصوت و باکتری های محرک رشد سبب افزایش Gmax، R50 و کاهش D10، D50، D90 و D95 شد. اثر متقابل امواج فراصوت و باکتری های محرک رشد تأثیر معنی داری بر حداکثر و سرعت جوانه زنی گیاه گندم داشت. همچنین امواج فراصوت موجب افزایش معنی دار زیست توده و وزن ریشه و باکتری­های محرک سبب افزایش ارتفاع بوته در مقایسه با شاهد شدند. اثر متقابل امواج فراصوت و باکتری محرک رشد تأثیر معنی داری بر زیست توده گیاه گندم داشت. مشاهده شد با افزایش مدت زمان امواج فراصوت در هر دو شرایط تلقیح و عدم تلقیح باکتری زیست توده افزایش یافت.

چکیده [English]
The ultrasound waves as a novel technology can be used in agriculture science. The aim of this pot experiment was to evaluate the effects of ultrasound waves and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria on germination and growth of wheat (Triticum asativum L.). The treatments were arranged as factorial based on randomized complete block design at Shahrood University of Technology in 2011. The treatments consisted of ultrasound waves at five levels of exposure [zero (control), 2, 4, 6 and 8 minute ] and three levels of bacterial inoculation [non-inoculation (control), Azotobacter chroococum and Pseudomonas fluorescens]. The results showed a significant (p <0.01) effect of ultrasound waves on maximum germination (Gmax), germination uniformity (GU), germination rate (R50), time to 10% (D10), 50% (D50), 90% (D90) and 95% (D95) germination; PGPR inoculation affected significantly only Gmax, R50, D10 and D50. Simultaneous exposure to waves and inoculation increased Gmaxand R50 but decreased D10, D50, D90 and D95. The interactive effects of ultrasound waves and bacterial inoculation affected significantly the Gmax and R50 values. Ultrasound waves increased Gmax and R50 values significantly as compared to non-ultrasound plants at all level of inoculation . Although ultrasound waves effect was significant (P<0.01) for biomass and root weight, inoculation with PGPR significantly raised plant height . The latter was promoted by increase in ultrasound waves in all of the bacterial inoculation.
