| Abstract | ||
| Rubber is an economic matter especially in the industrial world and is a guayule plant which produces rabber and can cultivated in arid and semiarid regions. An attempt was made to cultivate 8 cultivars of guayule under convenience conditions of soil irrigation, light and so on. Seedling were produced from seed in green house and transplanted to the field. More germination was observed in treatment of sodium hypochlorite and GA3. It was observed that complex of peat perlite and sand was most convenience for seed germination. Water requirement of seedling was more during earlier stages and reduced afterward. High germination rate was seen when the environment temperature and light were controlled in September. In uncontrolled conditions, the best time for cultivation is in Auguest. The high and thickness of p6 and p5 cultivars were more than other cultivars. | ||
