| Abstract | ||
| Bunium persicum ,from umbelliferae family , which is distributed in many parts of North-eastern & some central provinces of Ian. There is many application for seed of this plant in food industry and also as a carminative and antiseptic agent. As part of a screening programme on the aromatic plants of Iran, we are going to report the chemical composition of the essential oil from this plant which is named locally "Zireh Kerman". | ||
