| Abstract | ||
| The aim of this research was to investigate relationship between follicular and luteal ovarian cysts with blood glucose, insulin and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in multiparous cows. In this study 40 Holstein dairy cows were divided randomly to 2 groups of follicular and luteal cysts that contain 20 cows (more than two calving), then it were collected follicular fluid and blood samples. Levels of estradiol, progesterone, insulin, IGF-1 and glucose were evaluated in follicular fluid and blood serum at the laboratory. The result of study shows the concentration of estradiol was higher significantly different (P<0.05) in the follicular cyst compared to luteal cysts and the concentration progesterone was higher significantly different (P<0.05) in the luteal cysts compared to follicular cyst in follicular fluid. The levels of insulin and IGF-1 was increase significantly different (P<0.05) in the luteal cyst compared to follicular cysts in follicular fluid. Moreover, in this study results shows that the correlation coefficients was measured of all factors in follicular fluid of luteal and follicular cysts with blood serum was non-relation and relation (just in IGF-1), respectively. Also according to measuring factors in follicular fluid of luteal & follicular cysts were significantly different at level of estradiol, insulin and IGF-1, and in the blood serum was significantly different at level of estradiol. It was concluded that formation of ovarian cysts were influence by the combination of follicular fluid, estradiol, insulin and IGF-1, especially and in the blood serum was affected estradiol too. | ||
