| Abstract | ||
| In This study Growth rate and biochemical components including carbohydrate, chlorophyll a and b and carotenoids of microalgae, Tetraselmis chuii, was studied in different concentration of salinities. Three levels of salinities (10, 27 and 40) with three replicates were used. The results of the treatments indicated that maximum of growth rate was observed in 10psu salinity with 2.8Ã106 ±0.38Ã105 cell per milliliters and minimum in 40psu with 1.6Ã106±0.48Ã105 cell per milliliters (P | ||
