چکیده
Population density and infestation rate of alfalfa weevil Hypera postica L. in mixed cropping of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) and red clover (Trifolium pretense L.)were evaluated. Different rates of alfalfa (Al) and red clover (RC) RC0AL100, RC20AL80, RC40AL60, RC50AL50, RC60AL40, RC80AL20 and RC0AL100 were studied as treatments.Using standard sweep nets, sampling was carried out weekly and data analyzed in Randomize Complete Block Design. Damage and infestation rates of alfalfa weevil were caculated by inspection of 20 stem tips of alfalfa in each plot. The results showed that forage yield was higher in mixed treatments comparing to pure alfalfa and red clover treatments (p = 0.01). Average number of alfalfa larvae, pest population and infestation percentage were significantly lower in mixed treatments in comparison with pure alfalfa (p = 0.01). Average dry weight was significant in pure alfalfa treatment (p = 0.01). Alfalfa weevil larvae and adults were not observed feeding at pure red clover treatments. Increase of red clover amount, led to higher average dry weight. In mixed treatments, the infestation and damage percentage decreased, but the yield increased. It is concluded that using 20-40% red clover (RC20AL80, RC40AL60) treatments efficiently increase the yield and reduce the damage of the pest.

چکیده [English]
تراکم جمعیت و میزان آلودگی به سرخرطومی برگ یونجه در کشت مخلوط یونجه و شبدر قرمز در ایستگاه تحقیقات چهار تخته بررسی گردید. تیمارها شامل نسبت­های مختلف بذر مخلوط یونجه (AL) و شبدر قرمز (RC) به­ترتیب 0-100، 20-80، 40-60، 50-50، 60-40، 80-20، 100-0 درصد بودند. برای بررسی جمعیت آفت از تور حشره­گیری استاندارد استفاده شد. نمونه برداری­ها هفتگی انجام و داده­ها در قالب طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی تجزیه واریانس شد. میزان آلودگی و خسارت آفت در هر کرت آزمایشی با بررسی 20 عدد سرساقه یونجه انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد در تیمارهای کشت مخلوط، علوفه بیشتری نسبت به کشت خالص یونجه و شبدر قرمز تولید شد. میانگین تعداد لاروهای آفت در تیمارهای کشت مخلوط کمتر از یونجه خالص بود و این تفاوت در مجموع سه سال معنی­دار بود. تراکم جمعیت لاروها و درصد آلودگی به آفت، در تیمارهای کشت مخلوط کمتر از یونجه خالص و این اختلاف نیز معنی دار بود. میانگین وزن خشک در تیمارهای RC20AL80، RC40AL60، RC50AL50،  RC60AL40و RC80AL20 با یک­دیگر اختلاف معنی­دار نداشت ولی با تیمار یونجه خالص تفاوت معنی­دار داشت. با افزایش میزان شبدر قرمز در تیمارها، میانگین وزن خشک تیمارها افزایش یافت. نتایج بیانگر آن بود که در تیمارهای مخلوط نسبت به کشت خالص یونجه آلودگی و درصد خسارت لارو کاهش و عملکرد علوفه افزایش یافت، لذا می­توان از تیمارهایی با نسبت 20 تا 40 درصد شبدر قرمز (RC20AL80، RC40AL60) برای نیل به عملکرد مطلوب علوفه و کاهش خسارت آفت بهره برد.
