| New formulations of botanical insecticides have been developed as an effective and safe compound alternative to synthetic pesticides. Application of nanoencapsulated formulations of pesticides enhance efficiency, quality and controlled release of these substances. In this research, insecticidal activity of essential oil of wormwood sagebrush Artemisia sieberi Besser was investigated on various stages of elm leaf beetle Xanthogaleruca luteola (Müller). The experiments were conducted at 25 ± 2 °C, 65 ± 5% RH and a photoperiod of 16: 8 h (L: D). The formulated essential oil was sprayed on leaves and insects simultaneously. The LC50 value of the formulation was 5279, 3939 and 5169 ppm for eggs, larvae and adults, respectively. Treatment of leaves by nanoencapsulated oil at 3000 ppm caused significant reduction at larval stage compared to control. Our findings suggest that the use of nanoencapsulated essential oil can be effective in the management of elm leaf beetle. | ||

| پژوهشهای وسیعی روی آفتکشهای گیاهی بهمنظور دستیابی به جایگزینهای سالم و مؤثرتر از آفتکشهای شیمیایی انجام شده است. استفاده از فرمولاسیون نانوکپسول در آفتکشها موجب افزایش کارایی، بهبود کیفیت و رهایش کنترل شده این مواد شده است. در این بررسی، اثرات سمی فرمولاسیون نانوکپسول حاوی اسانس گیاه درمنه، روی مراحل مختلف سوسک برگخوار نارون مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. آزمایشها در شرایط دمایی 2 ± 25 درجه سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5 ± 65 درصد در شرایط نوری 16 ساعت روشنایی و 8 ساعت تاریکی انجام شد. فرمولاسیون تهیه شده همزمان روی برگ و حشره محلولپاشی شد. نتایج نشان داد که LC50 فرمولاسیون نانوکپسوله شده اسانس درمنه، 24 ساعت پس از کاربرد، برای تخم، لارو و حشره کامل بهترتیب برابر با 5279، 3939 و 5169 پیپیام و برای اسانس خالص درمنه این مقدار بهترتیب برابر با 6825، 5130 و 8035 پیپیام میباشد. همچنین فرمولاسیون نانوکپسول در غلظت 3000 پیپیام بهطور معنیداری خسارت وارد شده به برگ توسط لاروهای سن دو و سه را در مقایسه با شاهد کاهش داد. براساس این نتایج، فرمولاسیون نانوکپسول اسانس درمنه میتواند در مدیریت سوسک برگخوار نارون استفاده شود. | ||
