| Food security and society individuals hygiene in view of country development very emphasized. increase of protein substances share in dairy food program and increase of animal protein share are one of basic objectives in this direct. in this way, increase of buffalo milk production in iran, must be attainted as one of the succeptible background of milk production increase. nutritional specifications and uniqe composition of buffalo milk related to kind and quality of fat and protein, necessitated more programming and investments. This specifications cause that yet in spite of unsuitable packaging and microbial situation, possibility of production increase and consumption increase, bring about in iran in this way. Kinds of traditional and industrial dairies with more profit produced in countries with buffalo breeding that important of them is stretched cheeses in Italy, yoghurt in Balkan region and many kind of traditionals dairies in India. increase of buffalo milk production and processing, needed to increase of production factors to double of country mean that obtained with suit agricultural sole and water. | ||
