| مگس Pales murina از خانواده Tachinidae از مهمترین عوامل کنترل کننده طبیعی پروانه برگ‌خوار کنار Thiacidas postica در استان‌های جنوبی کشور است. برای بررسی زیست‌شناسی مگس P. murina، یک جفت مگس نر و ماده، با آب و عسل و نیز یک شاخه 10 سانتیمتری نازک واجد برگ و گل درخت کنار در یک قفس پرورش در شرایط 2±٢٥ درجه سانتیگراد، رطوبت 5 ± ٥٥ درصد و دوره روشنایی ١٦ ساعت قرار داده شد. حشرات بالغ مگس P. murina بین 15 تا 25 روز قبل از ظهور پروانه برگ‌خوار کنار، در اواسط اسفند‌ماه در طبیعت ظاهر شده و بلافاصله جفت‌گیری کردند. میانگین طول دوره قبل از تخم‌گذاری، تخم‌گذاری و پس از تخم‌گذاری به‌ترتیب 5±23، 6±20 و 4± 15 روز به طول انجامید. تخم‌گذاری در زیر برگ درختان کنار با میانگین 735 عدد تخم انجام گرفت. طول دوره لاروی در P. murinaبسته به طول دوره زندگی میزبان و سن لاروی میزبان متفاوت می‌باشد. میانگین طول دوره لاروی میزبان در آزمایشگاه از 3± 16 روز در لاروهای سن پنجم میزبان تا 6±30 روز در لاروهای سن سوم میزبان متفاوت بود. در نمونه‌هایی از پیش شفیره میزبان که مرحله دیاپوز را می گذراندند، طول مدت لاروی برخی از نمونه‌ها طولانی‌تر شد. میانگین طول عمر حشرات نر 2/3±8/33 و در ماده ها 2/3±4/54 روز محاسبه گردید. نحوه پارازیتیسم این مگس، لارو- پیش‌شفیره است. فعالیت انگلی این مگس معمولاً از سن سوم تا پنجم لاروی حشره میزبان آغاز شده و در مرحله پیش‌شفیرگی کامل گردید. از زمان تشکیل پوپاریوم تا ظهور مگس بالغ در 76 % از نمونه ها با میانگین1 ±5/8 روز (بین 7 تا 10 روز) و در 14 % از نمونه ها با میانگین 5±3/23 (بین 15 تا 30 روز) به طول انجامید. این مگس هنگام تابستان‌گذارانی لارو پروانه برگ‌خوار کنار در طبیعت (ماه‌های خرداد، تیر، مرداد و شهریور) دارای فعالیت انگلی روی گونه دیگری از خانواده Lymantriidae بنام Euproctis sp. (برگ‌خوار درختان آکاسیا، کونوکارپوس و کنار) می باشد. همچنین تعدادی از لاروهای مگس بصورت دیاپوز و غیرفعال در بدن پیش‌شفیره‌های در حالت دیاپوز واقع شدند. میانگین در صد پارازیتیسم پیش شفیره‌ها در طی سه سال از 38% در اردیبهشت تا 88% در دی‌ماه متفاوت بود. | ||

| Tachinid parasitoids are important natural enemies of a number of destructive forest insect pests. Pales murina (Dip.: Tachinidae) is a solitary endoparasitoid of the ber moth Thiacidas postica (Lep.: Noctuidae) in south of Iran. Parasitoid longevity, reproduction rate and development stages were studied under laboratory conditions at 25° C, 55% RH and LD 16:8. Adults of P. murina were placed in a cage with food, water, honey and a ber branch as an oviposition site. P. murina was appeared about 15-25 days prior to the emergence of T. postica in nature. The flies mated immediately after emergence. The pre-oviposition, oviposition and post-oviposition periods lasted 23±5, 20±6 and 15±4 days, respectively. The eggs were usually laid singly on lower surface of the leaves with the avarage of 735 eggs per female. Parasitoids successfully developed on third to fifth host larval instars. The fourth and fifth larval instars of host are large enough to ingest whole eggs of P. murina. The larval period depend on their host larval period. The avarage larval period of the host were 16±3 and 30±6 in the fifth and the fourth larval instars, respectively. The avarage longevity of adult male and female was 33.8±3.2 and 54.4±3.2 days, respectively. After development, the larvae left the host body and made puparium near it. However, the larva of T. postica was able to complete development and pupate. The first oviposition of the second generation of T. postica began during November and December. The fly was observed on alternative hosts when T. postica was absent in nature. The average of prepupal parasitism during 3 years was 38% in May and 88% in January. | ||
