| چکیده | ||
| The chitosan nanoparticles used widely as a drug delivery systems recently. In the present study the Echis carinataus snake venom loaded chitosan nanoparticles were prepared based on ionic gelation of tripolyphosphate and chitosan. The nanoparticles physicochemical characteristics, stability and biological activity of encapsulated venom were studied. The particles were spherical in shape and the tripolyphosphoric groups of TPP were linked to the ammonium groups of chitosan. Optimum particle size of chitosan and venom loaded nanoparticles were 89 and 116 nm, respectively. Optimum loading capacity and loading efficiency obtained by 500 µg/ml concentration of venom. The biological activity of venom remained intact during nanoparticle formation and showed no considerable reduction in stability analysis. Our results suggested that Chitosan nanoparticles, which prepared in this work possibly, could be used as an alternative for traditional adjuvants. | ||

| در سال های اخیر کاربرد نانوذرات کیتوزان بعنوان سیستم آنتی ژن رسانی بطور گسترده ای مورد بررسی بوده است. در این تحقیق نانو ذرات حاوی زهر مار افعی جعفری با استفاده از روش ژلاسیون یونی تهیه شده و خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی، پایداری و فعالیت بیولوژیک سم انکپسوله شده مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. مطالعات نشان دادند که نانوذرات دارای شکل کروی بوده و گروه های تری پلی فسفریک عامل کراس لینکر با گروه های آمونیوم پلیمر کیتوزان پیوند برقرار کرده اند. اندازه ذره ای بهینه بدست آمده برای نانوذرات کیتوزان و نانوذرات کیتوزان حاوی سم مارجعفری به ترتیب 89 و 116 نانومتر بدست آمده است. ظرفیت و بازده احتباس بهینه در غلظت اولیه 500 میکروگرم بر میلی لیتر سم بدست آمده است. بررسی ها نشان داد که در طی فرآیند انکپسولاسیون زهر هیچ گونه آسیبی ندیده و فعالیت بیولوژیک خودش را بطور کامل حفظ کرده است. در طی مطالعه پایداری نیز کاهش قابل ملاحظه ای در فعالیت بیولوژیک زهر مشاهده نشده است. براساس نتایج بدست آمده می توان گفت نانوذرات تهیه شده در این پژوهش احتمالا" قابلیت جایگزینی ادجوانت های سنتی و رایج که درحال حاضر مورد استفاده هستند؛ را دارا می باشند. | ||
